Capital Spirits LTD partners Derek Sandhaus and Bill Isler are mentioned in a recent NY Times Article about the growing interest in Baijiu outside of China. Derek speaks about the challenges in terms of educating and informing Westerners about what Baijiu is and how to enjoy it while Bill further outlays the challenges coming from the variety of flavors and of Baijiu – there isn’t just one baijiu but thousands of distilleries and brands to be explored.
