With its new custom built state of the art 100L copper fitted column still distillator, The Distillery is creating small batches of house distilled spirits such as London Dry style gins, vodkas, fruit based schnapps, and rums.

Guest Capacity:
- Distillery Bar Room: 60 unseated, 40 seated
- Roof View Room: 30 unseated, 20 seated
- Event rooms can be shared with public or reserved exclusively for private events (subject to min attendance fees).

Distillery and Tasting Class Experiences:
Allow our passionate staff to take your group on a special distillery tour demonstration to learn how to make spirits. Classes and group gin making course can be arranged for parties up to 10.
Tasting Club Mini Class:
As part of your experience, ask about our special tasting menus and classes. Enjoy intimate guided tasting tours of craft bourbon, gin, rum, vodka,
whisky, and more.
