This week we did a double distill of our popular YJ45 spirit and it clocked out at over 60% alcohol by volume. It’s a much cleaner tasting liquor than our original YJ45. No names for it yet but YJ60 seems like a logical choice. Come by this weekend and try it out – excellent with a bit of lime, soda and ice! #ImInCapitalSpirits
